It is observed that the velocity decreases considerably in the presence of magnetic field, as compared to its absence. The temperature increases in the presence of heat source and decreases in the presence of heat sink.

For a locally compact group G, it is known that L¹(G)^** is amenable if and only if G is finite. If L¹(G)^** is weakly amenable, then M(G) is weakly amenable. The amenability and weak amenability of L(X)^**, M(X)^**, the second duals of L(X), (hypergroup algebra) and M(X) (hyergroup measure algebra) have been investigated. It has been shown that if L(X)^** is weakly amenable then M(X) is weakly amenable.

Single Dirichlet average (for several varaibles) of x^t (t∈C) which is a key formula to find, Dirichlet averages of functions xⁿ (n∈N), e^x and of a general class of polynomials has been calculated. It is also aimed at setting some equivalence relations between the Riemann-Liouville fractional integral operator and Dirichlet average of x^t.

The neutrix convolution of two locally summable functions or distributions ƒ and g is defined to be the limits of the sequence {ƒn * g}, where ƒn (x) = ƒ(x)τn(x) and τn(x) is a certain function with compact support and the sequence {τn} converges to the identity function on the real line. The neutrix convolution of the functions x^r₊lnx₊ and e^λx is evaluated for r=0,1,2... and all λ≠0. Further neutrix convolutions are then deduced.
