The effect on the location and linear stability of the equilibrium points in the Robe's circular problem, when the primary other than the spherical shell is an oblate spheroid, has been studied. It is proved that the center of the first primary (spherical shell) is always an equilibrium point, for all values of the density parameter K and the mass parameter μ. For K <62> 1, there is another equilibrium point lying on the line joining the centers of the primaries. For <45>μ<60>K<60>0, there are two equilibrium points in the x <45> z plane, equdistant and forming triangles with the line joining the centers of the primaries. For K=[1+3/2α](1-μ), where α is the oblateness factor, there are infinite number of equilibrium points in the x<45>y plane, lying on a circle of radius one and having center at the center of the second primary provided the points lie inside the shell. Further, it is proved that the circular and the triangular points are always unstable. And the equilibrium points lying on the line joining the centers of the shell and the second primary are stable when K and μ satisfy certain linequalities.

Further, generalized F-H transform is defined and its inversion formula is given. An operational transform formula is also established. In the end, a differential equation of the form P(D_x'S_{μ y}) u=g has been solved by using the so defined F-H transform.}

The problems are solved by forming the related linear (linear fractional) set covering problem and by enumerating the extreme points. It is illustrated with the help of examples.

Functions emulating the functors between these categories have been included. Then, one-parameter group transformations are introduced to transform the two-point boundary value problem to initial value problem and finally the initial value problem is solved numerically on computer. Physical quantities of interest, for different values of flow index of power law model and magnetic parameter are tabulated numerically and the velocity distribution is shown graphically. It is found that the fluid flow index and magnetic field have significant effect on the flow.

The solution of the problem is obtained with the help of perturbation technique. Analytical expression is given for the velocity field, and the effects of the various governing parameters entering into the problem are discussed with the help of graphs. The shear stresses on the boundaries and the discharge between the plates are also obtained analytically and their behaviour computationally discussed with different variations in the governing parameters in detail.

Asymptotic behavior of the positive solution is shown for arbitrarily fixed T, A and every B in the first initial condition, and for arbitrarily fixed a and every b in the second initial condition. Actually this is achieved from getting analytical expressions of the solution valid in the neighborhoods of both ends of its domain.

The purpose of the present paper is to study special Finsler spaces with semi-T¹-condition and find the condition for a Lardsberg space with semi-T¹-coiidition to vanish h-curvature tensor Rijkh- Finally the condition for a Finsler space with semi-T¹-conditiori to be locally Minkowski is obtained. The notations and terminologies are referred to the monograph (Matsumoto, 1986).
